J. Lee Grady is an author, journalist, ordained minister, conference speaker and editor of Charisma magazine. In his weekly "Fire in My Bones" online column he calls the church to embrace radical holiness, integrity and a renewed passion for evangelism.

Lee is also the founder and director of The Mordecai Project, a ministry aimed at confronting the abuse of women around the world. He often addresses churches and leadership conferences on the issue of gender prejudice, and he calls Christians to dismantle the religious barriers that keep women out of ministry.

He is the author of three books including 10 Lies the Church Tells Women, which has been translated into several languages since it was published in 2000. His next book, Fire in My Bones, will be released in early 2010.

In recent years Lee has addressed conferences and conducted outreaches in 21 nations. He lives in the Orlando, Florida, area with his wife, Deborah. They have four daughters.

Sylvia Evans

An in-depth Bible teacher with prophetic anointing, Sylvia Evans loves the Word -- and makes it alive for all who hear.  Believing that the Word of God is both causative and creative, she founded Creative Word Ministries in October of 1975, with bases in Waycross and Moultrie, GA.  Ministering in churches, conferences, retreats, Bible schools, and leadership seminars throughout the US and in many nations abroad, she has been taking the “Creative Word” to the world for thirty-five years, sharing the life-giving Gospel, calling believers to both wholeness and holiness, and especially ministering to church leaders on "The Precious Holy Anointing" that empowers them for a holy life of service to the Lord.  Sylvia also teaches part-time at Elim Bible Institute in Elim, NY, where CWM is now based.

Phyllis Ellis

Phyllis ministers in Praise and Worship and teaches the Word of God.  She releases the miraculous power of God to transform lives through her prophetic gifting, which breaks through walls so that each person walks in newness of life.  She has witnessed prophecy unfold in the lives of many people.

Robbyn Evans

Robbyn devotes much of her time as a pastor’s wife to encouraging and counseling ladies in their roles as wives, mothers and women; always reminding them they are women with divine purposes.  Her teaching deals with the every day ‘nitty-gritty’ situations faced by every woman, and how they can be dealt with following God’s ways.

Sandy Childress
